Watch for a tendency to boredom, for it will bring a temptation to stir things up for the sake of excitement. Be careful not to stir up the flesh for the wrong kind of excitement, but rather stir yourself up in the things of the Spirit. Now is a time when you can move forward spiritually and make much progress if you will exercise selfcontrol and quiet your soul. Be diligent to channel your energy in ways that are productive, for if you don't you have the potential to cause trouble.
