Inspiration Station

 Children, rise up out of the trap of comparing yourselves one to another. This will only cause you to open the door to a haughty spirit, and you will have a false sense of success or failure. Have you not read that measuring yourselves among yourselves is not wise? Be done with insecurity and of trying to prove your worth through fleshly achievement. Glory in the Cross that has made you worthy of salvation. Set yourself in humility to do only what I have called you to do without thought of self­promotion or self­abasement, for truly this is a place of deception and torment.

 Hear My voice as I call you forth into excellence. Today, I call you out of compromise and complacency that you might go forth with an excellent spirit that will bring glory and honor to My kingdom. For, I tell you honestly that those who go down to Egypt and walk with the worldly bring a reproach to My name and discredit My kingdom. Reach now to the excellence of Jacob, the generation that seeks My face.
Philippians 3:7­14 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suf ered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His suf erings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

  I had a vision of someone driving a car and getting out of control by turning the steering wheel too far in going around curves in the road, and I heard the Lord say, because of a fear of getting off course you are overcorrecting. Yes, some corrections are necessary to keep you on the path, but they are small adjustments. This is a matter of discipline. Evaluate your position in the light of truth and not according to your emotional reactions, and you will be able to rectify your situation and bring balance and order to what looks like irretrievable loss and failure. Do not be afraid. I am with you to guide you, and I will bring you to your desired destination if you will only yield to My leading.

 In this season it is important for you to maintain spiritual harmony and emotional equilibrium. Quiet your soul, and take inventory of your life. Take responsibility for the places where you have allowed disruptions and distractions to steal your peace and joy. Do not look to another or place blame outside yourself, for the burden is yours alone. Make a careful examination to determine where it was that you got off track and lost fellowship and sweet communion with Me, and make it right. I speak to those who have been offended and are estranged in the house of the Lord. Your way to freedom from bondage and oppression is forgiveness of those who offended you and release of the past. Now is the time for a new beginning.

 Beware, My people, for you must carefully discern truth from error and not receive or believe everything you read or hear. Many who have exercised a prophetic gifting and have called themselves prophets in days past have fallen prey to a lying spirit and are speaking out of their own intellect and emotions. These so­called prophecies carry with them an underlying judgment and bitterness, which impart defilement to your soul and spirit. Just as you would detect and refuse to eat tainted food, so you must also discern and refuse to ingest spiritually a tainted prophecy. Stay alert, and be on guard.
