There have been many and varied demands on your time and energy. Take time to regroup and recuperate. Come deliberately into My presence and find your place of rest and restoration. Release all that has worried and tormented you, and cast your cares upon Me, says the Lord. In the secret place of spiritual communion and fellowship with Me you will find rest for your soul. Purposefully meditate on the Word instead of skimming over what you read or hear. Let your roots go deep and your foundation in the kingdom become solid. The reward will be great and everlasting.
