I speak to the hearts of those who feel as though you have been scattered to the winds and blown about by every prevailing breeze. I know your frustration and your sense of instability, but I tell you honestly that you are still tethered to Me, says the Lord. I have not released you or let you go, and I have not forsaken you. I am your anchor in the storms of life, and I will bring order out of chaos. You will triumph over this time of upheaval and disorder. You will again find peace and serenity. Rest in this hope. I am your refuge, upholding you with My everlasting arms.
