Carefully watch for and be aware of the lies of the enemy to get you into fear. Fear will come first as a subtle temptation when it assaults your emotions and you feel terrified. Then, the lies will assault your mind using old places of failure as grounds for justification. And, the devil will use this justification to bring you down into darkness, discouragement, and despair. But, I remind you that I have not given you a spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind. Your situation is not hopeless, and you have not come this far to fail. Seek Me and trust Me to bring the light of truth and grace, for I will empower you to do all that I have called you to do, and I will give you the wisdom to overcome and achieve great victory in the face of hopelessness and defeat. Rise up and put the devil under your feet.
