Everything you do in life either lifts you up or tears you down. There are always things that need to be torn down and discarded, but your life is a treasure to be valued and protected. Treat yourself with mercy and kindness. You are not your own; you belong to Me, says the Lord. Handle yourself with care. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which belong to God.
